Updates

Thanks for the concerned emails and comments. I'm fine, but a vacation followed by a very busy personal time resulted in the suffering of this blog. Things are largely back to normal now, and I'll be resuming a regular posting schedule starting this weekend. I really appreciate everyone that comes to read here and joins in with the comments, and I hope you'll continue to do so!

I’ve managed to save up roughly $41386 in my bank account, but I’m not sure if I should buy a house or not. Do you think the market is stable or do you think that home prices will decrease by a lot
